What is Personal Care at Home?

Personal care is the everyday, hands on support that helps older Australians manage tasks like showering, dressing, grooming and continence care. As we age, these routines can become physically harder to manage alone, and having the right support in place makes a real difference to comfort, dignity and independence.

Our care coordinators will organise this support for you, working with one of Australia's biggest Support at Home providers to arrange respectful, skilled personal care tailored to your needs. Our team is based in Nunawading, VIC, and we coordinate care for clients right across Australia.

Personal care is available under the Australian Government's Support at Home program, meaning eligible clients can access funded support with minimal or no out of pocket cost for covered services.
