Great news—shopping with NDIS at InCare Supports is simple. If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can use your Core Supports (low assistive technology / consumables) budget to purchase our products. We also accept Support at Home (aged care) funds.
Shopping with NDIS funds
NDIS Plan Managed
Shop and add your items to cart. At checkout, select either:
- “Pay directly from my NDIS Plan (Instacare Participants Only)”
OR - “Payment made from another Plan Manager”
After ordering, please email shop@incaresupports.com.au with:
- Your date of birth
- NDIS participant number
- Your plan manager’s name, phone, and email
We will invoice your plan manager directly.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
NDIS Self Managed
Shop and add your items to cart.
At checkout, complete your purchase using any available instant payment method.Once payment is cleared, your order will be dispatched.
You will receive an invoice via email for NDIS reimbursement.
Shopping with Support at Home (Aged Care) funds
Support at Home Funds
Shop and add your items to cart.
At checkout, select:
- Support at Home (Aged Care Funding)
After ordering, please email shop@incaresupports.com.au with:
- Your date of birth
- Your package number
- Your provider's name, phone, and email
We will invoice your Support at Home provider directly.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
