How Do I Claim Adaptive Clothing With My NDIS Funding?
How you purchase and claim adaptive clothing depends on how your NDIS plan is managed:
- Self-managed participants — you purchase the items yourself and claim reimbursement from the NDIA directly. Keep your receipt and invoice as proof of purchase.
- Plan-managed participants — your plan manager pays the invoice on your behalf. At InCare Supports we can invoice your plan manager directly, making the process simple and hassle free.
- NDIA-managed participants — Christina Stephens is a registered NDIS provider, meaning NDIA-managed participants can access the Christina Stephens range through the NDIS portal. This is the only product range we are able to supply to NDIA-managed participants at this time.
